The centres cater for all meals including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. No food is to be bought into the centre unless otherwise arranged with the Centre Manager. This is to ensure the safety of all children in attendance can be managed including children with allergies and anaphylaxis.

Personal items from home

Apart from a comforter for rest time, we discourage children from bringing in personal toys to the centre as this will cause confusion and may become lost. We appreciate children bringing books or interesting articles to the centre as this helps with the child’s language development.

Dressing for the seasons

We encourage children to explore, create and have fun at the centre so it’s important that they are dressed accordingly. Please consider your child’s comfort by dressing them in loose, cool clothes in summer. Ride brimmed hats and clothes that protect shoulders from the sun go a long way. A hat is compulsory for playing in the sun. For centre’s with water features, please pack a rashie, swim hat and wet bag to place swimwear in at the end of the day.

In winter, please remember to pack tracksuit pants, jumpers, shoes, socks and a blanket to keep children warm.
